My vision is to show the world in it's best light and to express that vision with my camera. Now, let me share my vision with you.
History: My first camera was a Kodak Instamatic with the cube flashbulbs that I asked my grandpa for when I was in kindergarten. This started me down the path of being the family documentarian for all family events. In college, I learned to combine my love of science and ecology with my vision of natural world. My camera was the tool I used to combine my love for the outdoors with my expressive side to show the world in a better light.
Credentials: I've been published in National Geographic. I've had work displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency HQ and in private galleries throughout the world.
Now: Let me help you learn to see the natural world in it's best light, to capture your world with your camera and learn to process images in the computer to express your vision.
My Gear: Fuji X-T3 and Sony A6000, several zoom lenses along with a 12mm Zeiss lens for astrophotography. This is a small and mobile kit ready to travel and see the world.
